Our Childcare Partners

The below three Bay Area early childcare centers are important resources for need-based childcare education. They offer family resource centers for immigrant families and the critical Head Start federally funded program that helps children from low-income families prepare for school by improving their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Bananas has been supporting families in their parenting journey since 1974 working in partnership with early education providers. BANANAS Raising Readers Book Program supports 20-25 providers with books and a monthly story time experience.

Through three neighborhood locations, Lotus Bloom provides programs and services for the whole family.  Their family navigation team connects families to local resources including social services as well as children’s activities.  Each center offers parent-child playgroups to foster bonding and provide early learning activities.
